AU KM Workshop
On August 18th, 2020, Lect.Dr.Sirichai Preudhikulpradab conducted a 3-hour AU KM workshop, aiming at co-creating the agile and growth-mindset teams, utilizing Design Thinking as the process framework to cultivate diverse ideas and crystalize options for actions, leading to the better-best outcomes of people, process, content, technology, and organizational culture.
The facilitation consists of guiding the participants to discover existing strengths, practice crucial conversations, envision and define preferred futures, and co-create the functional projects as a part of Learning Organization and Knowledge Management.
The benefits of this session include upskilling and knowledge building for the participants of respective functions to not only understand the Design Thinking concept but also to crystalize and actualize the ideas to make them the reality.
